About My Therapeutic Approach

 Hi, I’m Lucy.

 For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an innate ability to understand kids, even when they can’t quite explain what they’re feeling. I’ve worked with children and teens in homes, schools, and therapy spaces. But the biggest “aha” moments happen when I work with parents. Because the truth is: children are not a problem to be solved. It’s the system that needs support. 

I work with loving, dedicated parents who feel like they’ve run out of options. You’ve read the books, asked the teachers, tried the tips, and yet your child still seems anxious, explosive, withdrawn, or just plain unreachable. That’s where I come in. 

I remain deeply family-oriented while embracing my love for adventure, exploring the world, and pursuing continuous learning. As a bright soul who cherishes creativity, I incorporate creative therapeutic approaches into my life and work. With the enthusiasm and genuine connection I bring, I also harness Field Trip Energy to enhance my personal interactions and professional practice.
